Basically this university is free in the sense it gives 80% discount in any course. For developing countries the tuition and other fee for Diploma level is 200USD. For bachelor the fee is 500 USD and Master course the fee is 700USD. For PH.D complete fee is 2000 USD.
NOTE: In some cases DHL Fees is also claimed.
